Pamela “Pam” Klosowski officially joined the ONNY team on August 25, 2026 as the part-time Marketing & Communications Assistant. She comes to the organization with a BA in English Writing and minor in Communications from SUNY Potsdam.

Pam has experience as a Reporter with the Daily Courier-Observer, Communications Coordinator with the Northern New York Library Network, Copywriter with the Oneida Indian Nation, and most recently as the Marketing & Communications Specialist with Rochester Regional Health St. Lawrence Region, from which she retired in April 2025.

A North Country native Pam grew up in Massena, the daughter of Howard and Marie Ouimet. She resides on the border of Lisbon/Waddington with her husband Mark and their two cats, Cooper and Jack.
