Senior Citizen and Military discount. Senior Citizens, members of the Armed Forces, and veterans may purchase tickets at a discounted rate. The discount may be applied by selecting the correct discount at checkout.

No Exchanges or Refunds. ONNY has a policy of no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to attend you can turn your ticket(s) in to receive a receipt acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution (equalling the value of the ticket(s)). Simply turn in your ticket(s) prior to the performance.
Money Back Guarantee. We will be happy to refund the full purchase price of your concert ticket if you are dissatisfied with a performance. Simply write to us and enclose your ticket stub within ten days to PO Box 488, Potsdam, NY 13676.
